The buffet consists of chaat station, salad bar, cold canapés, hot canapés, live cooking station, dessert, squashes and juices and tea and coffee.

The food is fresh and served piping hot. The restaurant can cater up to 250 guests at a time. The interior of Al-Bustan is strategically designed offering privacy and comfort at the same time.
